By downloading, installing, or using the SpeakHby app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SpeakHby is a text-to-speech application that converts written text into spoken audio using a variety of voices and languages. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Content Usage: You are responsible for any content you input into the App and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SpeakHby to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
• Free Trials: Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through your Apple ID account settings. Any changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. SpeakHby makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s functionality or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakHby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
